1. Left leg steps back at 45°. Pivot to the left into left zenkutsu-dachi. Block with left gedan-barai.
2. Right leg steps forward in right zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with right chudan-tsuki.
3. Right leg moves back and to the left. Pivot 180° into right zenkutsu-dachi. Block with right gedan-barai.
4. Left leg steps forward in left zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with left chudan-tsuki.
5. Left leg moves back at 45°. Pivot to the left (facing back up the “I”) into left zenkutsu-dachi. Block with left gedan-barai.
6. Right leg steps forward in right zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with right chudan-tsuki.
7. Left leg steps forward in left zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with left chudan-tsuki.
8. Right leg steps forward in right zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with right chudan-tsuki. Kiai!
9. Moving left leg, pivot counterclockwise 270° (until facing to the right) into left zenkutsu-dachi. Block with left gedan-barai.
10. Right leg steps forward in right zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with right chudan-tsuki.
11. Right leg moves back and to the left. Pivot 180° into right zenkutsu-dachi. Block with right gedan-barai.
12. Left leg steps forward in left zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with left chudan-tsuki.
13. Left leg moves back at 45°. Pivot to the left (facing back down the “I”) into left zenkutsu-dachi. Block with left gedan-barai.
14. Right leg steps forward in right zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with right chudan-tsuki.
15. Left leg steps forward in left zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with left chudan-tsuki.

Zenkutsu-dachi stances should be deep.
Make all blocks and punches crisp.
When stepping from one zenkutsu-dachi to another, stay low and keep your head at a constant height. Avoid bouncing up and down.
